Welcome to the official website of Armenian-Australian Soprano, Natalie Aroyan.
Acclaimed as a true Verdian Soprano ~ a voice full with rich colour,
voluptuous tone and dramatic firmness in her lower register.
This lyric-spinto Soprano with mezzo character is a member of Opera Australia's Principal ensemble
in Australia, performing regularly at the Sydney Opera House. Her major roles have included the Title Role in Aida,
Odabella in Attila, Elvira in Ernani and Amelia in Simon Boccanegra.
In 2019, Natalie returned from Italy performing the title role in AIDA for the VERDI FESTIVAL in the the birthplace of Verdi, Busseto.
In 2021, Opera came back! Natalie performed Elvira in Ernani, the first opera in the World post Covid. She will then reprised the role in Melbourne.
In 2022, Natalie made her title role debut as Rachel in La Juive with Opera Australia and her debut as Helen of Troy in Mefistofele.
Later this year she will take on her dream role of Odabella in Verdi's ATTILA!
