Welcome to the official website of Armenian-Australian Soprano, Natalie Aroyan.
Acclaimed as a true Verdian Soprano ~ a voice full with rich colour,
voluptuous tone and dramatic firmness in her lower register.
This lyric-spinto Soprano with mezzo character is a member of Opera Australia's Principal ensemble
in Australia, performing regularly at the Sydney Opera House. Her major roles have included the Title Role in Aida,
Odabella in Attila, Elvira in Ernani and Amelia in Simon Boccanegra.
SCHEDULE
In 2022, Natalie made her title role debut as Rachel in La Juive with Opera Australia and her debut as Helen of Troy in Mefistofele.
She then took on her dream role of Odabella in Verdi's ATTILA!
In 2023 she made her debut in the title role of Adriana Lecouvreur, taking over from the indisposed Ermonela Jaho in the last hour. Her opening night success continued to saor through the remainder of the season.
Later this year she will return to her much beloved title role in AIDA at the Sydney Opera House and later in the year in Brisbane.
